Here it comes – a long long promising video from www.theictm.org. It ends up with 37$ inquiry for some advice to radically change your eating habits. Without “7 steps to health” video, you’d better die from a complication of diabetes, rather than stick to the advises described in the book. Why? Because it is definitely outside your frame of tradition and culture. And everything you think about food.
I’ll give you the base advise of “7 steps to health” for free. If you want whenever cure your diabetes. It is simple and virgin as orphans tiers. Just avoid any grains in your diet. This includes whole grains, bread, pasta, pica, legumes, corn any kind of seeds and its products. Theoretically this alone guarantees you to become free of diabetes, but as soon you’d try, you’d face the severe addiction to the bread. It would be enforced by the tradition to eat bread, and by evil eye from surrounding people if you wouldn’t. OK, its just my guess about the grains as one of the steps in the book. I’ve never read it.

Even though, what you are about to read, has been studied for decades, proven and researched as fact by medical doctors, scientists, researchers, dieticians, nutritionists, and may just as well “cure” you and restore your full health, by law no one is allowed to do so or say so. Thus, the law requires to state the following:
